Asian Stir Fry – Inspired by my love of Bali and Mee Goreng, but definitely nothing like the ones you get on the street carts. MammaJos version of 2-minute noodles is here and this will become a family favourite for sure! A hint of spice, and Asian flavours will let you know that this is a stir fry dinner, but what you add to it is up to you – I won’t take the credit for your amazingness!

It’s my version of easy dinner – Just add 500g protein, 200g Green veg, 2 packs minute noodles, and 1 TBSP Soy Sauce, and 1 TBSP Kecap Manis and probably some extra chilli oil, and you are Done!

Add 30g spice mix to your chopped protein, and set aside – chop your veggies, cook noodles as per packet instructions, measure out the sauces. 

Heat pan, add meat, cook protein about 10-15 mins until cooked through, then add in noodles, veg and lastly the sauces – serve straight away!

 

Ingredients: Sweet Chili, Fried Shallot, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Galangal, Lemongrass, Coriander, Chili powder
